Ahead of its sixth episode on August 13, tvN’s weekend drama “The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch” has released a still from the upcoming episode, revealing the full-scale matchup between the Counters and the demon Jin Seon Kyu (Moo Ji Suk).
The stills showcase Jin Seon Kyu after his escape from prison, when he fully embraced his inner evil and became a demon. Jin Seon Kyu visits the mausoleum where his beloved wife Hong Ji Hee (Lee Min Ji) is buried. As he quietly reaches out and touches the window of the urn, his touch is tender. For a moment, however, it seems as if someone is following him, which causes Jin Seon Kyu to panic and raise his curiosity.
At the same time, the expressions of Cho Byeong Kyu (So Moon) and Kim Se Jeong (Do Ha Na), who go beyond tension to spleen, make the viewer’s hands sweat.
Kim Se Jeong coldly confronts Jin Seon Kyu through the land of Jung, and her eyes are closed, giving her a serious expression as if she has witnessed something shocking. Not only that, but Jin Seon Kyu is also seen strangling Kim Hi Eo Ra (Gelly Berherd), raising curiosity about how the matchup between Counters, Demons, and Demon Jin Seon Kyu will unfold.
