On the 13th episode of tvN’s Monday-Tuesday drama “My Lovely Liar,” which aired on the 11th, Kim Do Ha (played by Hwang Min Hyun) questioned Jo Deuk Chan (Yun Ji On) about Jo Jae Chan’s (Nam Hyun Woo) whereabouts.
In today’s episode, Kim Do Ha found out that Jo Jae Chan (Nam Hyun Woo) had been stalking Choi Eom Ji (Song Ji Hyun) and suspected him of being the real culprit. Jo Jae Chan took Mok Sol Hee (Kim So Hyun) hostage and threatened her with a knife, and Kim Do Ha handed over her car keys to Jo Jae Chan to save her.
Kim Do Ha met with Jo Deuk Chan and asked him about his brother. When Jo Deuk Chan realised that Kim Do Ha was suspicious of him, he was offended and said, “Do Ha. Of all people, you can’t do this to us after everything we’ve done for you. I’m so disappointed in you. You should leave.”
Afterwards, Kim Do Ha searched for Jo Jae Chan’s whereabouts and found out that he was taken away by Jo Deuk Chan. Kim Do Ha called him, and Mok Sol Hee listened in on the call.
Kim Do Ha apologised, saying, “I was sorry about the other day,,” to which Jo Deuk Chan replied, “Don’t worry about it. I’m sorry too. About Jae Chan, I haven’t heard anything either. After his restaurant went under, I haven’t even seen his face. ” However, Jo Deuk Chan’s was lying and Kim Do Ha was suspicious that Jo Deuk Chan was hiding Jae Chan.
When his daughter’s condition worsened, Kwak Jin Hyuk told the media that he had been paid by Jung Yeon Mi (Seo Jung Yeon) to cover up evidence in the Choi Eom Ji case.
Kim Do Ha also made a formal request to Mok Sol Hee to find out if Jo Deuk Chan’s story was true. Kim Do Ha met with Jo Deuk Chan and asked, “I wonder why my ring was found at the scene. Do you know anything?”
He said, “I read the articles and apparently, the evidence is inadmissibleI heard,” and Kim asked, “Do you also think that ring is mine?” Jo Deuk Chan shot back, “It’s yours, isn’t it?,” and Mok Sol Hee let him know that he was lying.
Eventually, Kim Do Ha asked, “Jo Jae Chan, where is he right now? Just be honest with me,” to which Jo Deuk Chan replied, “You, so this is why you called me. Jae Chan has probably arrived by now. He went to Hakcheon to turn himself in,” increasing the tension in the drama.
