“Frankly Speaking” Episode 2 Korean Drama Ratings

The drama starring Go Kyung-Pyo and Kang Han-Na sees a slight increase in ratings.

On May 2, the 2nd episode of “Frankly Speaking” was broadcast.

On this day, “Frankly Speaking” depicts the aftermath of Song Ki-Baek (played by Go Kyung-Pyo) trying to teach a lesson to an idol, PN (played by Jang Won-Hyuk).

Song Ki-Baek becomes an overnight sensation, only to be canceled on the noon news. 

With no one to comfort him, he struck again. At an award ceremony, his sharp tongue was turned on, and the ceremony was a disaster.

Song Ki-Baek then met entertainment writer On Woo-Joo (played by Kang Han-Na). 

On Woo-Joo misunderstood Song Ki-Baek’s climbing on the rocks and tried to talk him out of it. 

The ending of their encounter made us look forward to the next episode.

“Frankly Speaking” also known as “No Secrets” follows the melodramatic tale of Song Ki-Baek (Go Kyung-Pyo), a 33-year-old announcer at a broadcasting station, who develops a disorder leading him to speak impulsively.

On Woo-Joo (Kang Han-Na), a writer for a variety show is intrigued by Song’s disorder and is eager to collaborate with him on a love-themed program.

The second episode of “Frankly Speaking” saw a small percentage increase as it had a nationwide average viewership of 2.0%. It was up 0.1 percent.

The K-drama airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:50 p.m. Viewers can watch the drama on Netflix with English Subtitles.
