Plot
“Graduation” also known as “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon” is a story of a secret, sweet real-life romance between veteran cram school instructor Seo Hye Jin (Jung Ryeo Won) and her quirky student Lee Joon Ho (Wi Ha Joon), who returns after a 10 year to stir up her heart. The secret midnight romance that begins when the lights go out in Daechi cram school, and the colourful stories of cram school instructors that we didn’t know about are shown.
Jung Ryeo Won plays Seo Hye Jin, a 14-year veteran Korean language instructor who achieved the “Miracle of Daechi.” She is a quiet competitor who never gives up.
As she ponders her past dreams and her life after leaving the lecture hall, Lee Joon Ho, a “former student” who she sent to a prestigious university with all her might, appears for the first time in 10 years and throws her life into turmoil.
Wi Ha Joon plays the role of Lee Joon Ho, a new instructor who disrupts Seo Hye Jin’s daily life.
He left his job at a large company that guarantees him a lucrative career and suddenly returns to the academy where Seo Hye Jin, his first love teaches.
